Video Policy
Using the guidelines below, You are granted permission for users to capture and stream in-game videos (walkthroughs, Let's Plays, previews, reviews, commentaries, etc.) with the publisher’s content, images, audio, music, and/or cut scenes and publish to YouTube, twitch.TV, or similar digital services. Guidelines:
	
Do not charge or restrict users from access to these videos
Do not sell or license the videos to others for payment of any sort
Absolutely no racist, sexist, homophobic, poor taste, or offensive content
Do not take assets from our games or software (e.g. voice, music, items) and distribute them separately

Failure to abide by these guidelines may result in the publisher having the video removed.  The publisher will, at its sole discretion, determine if a video does not comply with these guidelines. You are free to monetize videos via the partner programs with YouTube, Twitch.tv, Ustream.tv, or similar services whereby a website may pay you for views on a video if you are accepted into their partner program. Please do not send us an email requesting to write YouTube and tell them that it is fine with us to post a particular video using our game or software content. Simply point them to this page. Kitten Rampage Publishers may terminate or change the terms of this agreement at its sole discretion.
